Using White Chocolate frappé blend - with water
  1. Stir 35gms (4 tsp) into a paste with hot water
  2. Then top with hot water and dust if desired


Using White Chocolate
frappé blend - with milk
  1. Stir 35gms (4 tsp) into a paste with hot water
  2. Then top with hot or steamed milk and dust if desired


355ml serve size

Using fresh espresso with Vanilla or Chocolate blend
  1. Extract a single or double shot of espresso
  2. Add cold water to espresso to a total of 100mls
  3. Add 50gms Vanilla or Chocolate frappé blend
  4. Then 200gms Ice (approx 355ml glass full of ice)
  5. Now blend for 15 to 30 seconds or until smooth

355ml serve size

Using Coffee, Chocolate, Mocha, Green Tea,
White Chocolate or Chai blends
  1. Pour 100mls cold water into blender
  2. Add 50gms desired blend (¼ cup)
  3. Then 200gms Ice (approx 355ml glass full of ice)
  4. Now blend for 15 to 30 seconds or until smooth

Using White Chocolate Frapp é
  1. Stir 35gms of blend (4 tsp) and ½ shot of espresso into 50mls hot water

Using any frappé blend
  1. Combine syrup, cold water or espresso to total 100mls then pour into blender
  2. Add 50gms chosen frappé blend (¼ cup)
  3. Then 200gms Ice (approx 355ml glass full of ice)
  4. Now blend for 15 to 30 seconds or until smooth

Using Chai Latte
  1. Stir 35gms (4 tsp) of blend and ½ shot of espresso into 50mls of hot water
  2. Top with hot or steamed milk, dust with cinnamon

Using Chai Latte with water
  1. Stir 35gms (4 tsp) of blend and 10ml of hazelnut or caramel syrup into 50mls hot water
  2. Then top with hot water and dust if desired

Using Lactose Free Chocolate
  1. Stir 25gms of blend (3 tsp) and ½ shot of espresso into 50mls hot water
  2. Top with hot or steamed milk and dust if desired
Here are three ways to make a Chai Latte using either skim, lite, full cream or soy milk:

Method 1  (Café)
  1. Pour 200mls of milk into a milk steaming/frothing jug
  2. Then add 25gms (3 generous teaspoons) of Chai blend
  3. Now steam both milk and Chai together until desired temperature is reached 
  4. Serve and dust with cinnamon (if desired)


Here are four ways to make a Hot Chocolate:

Method 1 
(Café)1. Pour 200mls of milk into a milk steaming/frothing jug
2. Then add 25gms (3 teaspoons) of Premium Belgian Hot Chocolate blend
3. Now steam both milk and chocolate together until desired temperature is reached
4. Serve and dust with chocolate (if desired)

Method 2
(Café)1. Pour 200mls of milk into a milk steaming/frothing jug and heat
2. To an empty mug or cup, add 25gms (3 teaspoons) of Premium Belgian Hot Chocolate blend
3. Now add to chocolate 50mls of heated milk and stir until dissolved 
4. Top with remaining milk, stir and dust with chocolate (if desired)



355ml Serve Size 

Using White Chocolate, Tropical, Vanilla or Dairy Free
  1. Combine fruit puree/syrup and juice/cold water
  2. to a total of 100ml then pour into blender
  3. Note: Add less liquid and ice if using real fruit
  4. Add 50gms Vanilla frappé blend (¼ cup)
  5. Then 200gms Ice (approx 355ml glass full of ice)
  6. Now blend for 30 to 45 seconds or until smooth

1. Pour 125mls cold water into blender
2. Next add 60gms (one third of a cup) Tropical frappé blend
3. Then add 1½ cups of ice 
4. Now blend for 15 to 30 seconds or until smooth

(to change consistency, adjust water and ice ratios)
Makes a single 420ml serve, or two servings sized 210ml. 


  1. Pour 175mls of milk into a milk steaming/frothing jug and heat
  2. Into an empty mug or cup, extract 1 shot of espresso
  3. Add to espresso 25gms (3 teaspoons) of White Chocolate blend and stir
  4. Now add heated milk and dust with chocolate (if desired) 
1. Pour 100mls of Apple Juice into blender
2. Next add 60gms (one third of a cup) of Vanilla blend
3. Now add ½ a cup of fresh Strawberries
4. Then add 1 heaped cup of ice
5. Now blend for 30 to 45 seconds or until smooth
Makes a single 420ml serve, or two servings sized 210ml. 

1. Pour 125mls cold water into blender
2. Next add 60gms (one third of a cup) White Choc frappé blend
3. Then add 1½ cups of ice
4. Blend for 15 to 30 seconds or until smooth
5. Now add 2 to 3 Oreo's or Tim Tam's and blend briefly
Makes a single 420ml serve, or two servings sized 210ml. 

1. Pour 100mls of cold water into blender
2. Then add 2 teaspoons of honey (or to taste)
3. Next add 60gms (one third of a cup) of Vanilla frappé blend
4. Now add 1 fresh Banana
5. Then add 1 heaped cup of ice
6. Now blend for 30 to 45 seconds or until smooth
Makes a single 420ml serve, or two servings sized 210ml. 

1. Pour 100mls of Apple Juice into blender
2. Next add 60gms (one third of a cup) of Vanilla frappé blend
3. Add ½ a cup of mixed fresh berries (blackberry, raspberry, strawberry & blueberry)
4. Then add 1 heaped cup of ice
5. Now blend for 30 to 45 seconds or until smooth
Makes a single 420ml serve, or two servings sized 210ml. 

1. Pour 100mls of Mango Nectar into a measuring jug
2. Add to this 25mls of Passionfruit and pour into blender
3. Next add 60gms (one third of a cup) of Vanilla frappé blend
4. Now add 1 mango cheek
5. Then add 1 heaped cup of ice
6. Now blend for 30 to 45 seconds or until smooth
Makes a single 420ml serve, or two servings sized 210ml.

2. Top with cold water to a total of 125mls and pour into blender
3. Next add 60gms (one third of a cup) of Chocolate frappé blend

There are 2 ways this frappé can be made, using either Coffee or Vanilla frappé blends
