Here are four ways to make a Hot Chocolate:
Method 1 (Café)1. Pour 200mls of milk into a milk steaming/frothing jug 2. Then add 25gms (3 teaspoons) of Premium Belgian Hot Chocolate blend 3. Now steam both milk and chocolate together until desired temperature is reached 4. Serve and dust with chocolate (if desired) Method 2 (Café)1. Pour 200mls of milk into a milk steaming/frothing jug and heat 2. To an empty mug or cup, add 25gms (3 teaspoons) of Premium Belgian Hot Chocolate blend 3. Now add to chocolate 50mls of heated milk and stir until dissolved 4. Top with remaining milk, stir and dust with chocolate (if desired) |

Using White Chocolate, Tropical, Vanilla or Dairy Free

1. Pour 100mls of cold water into blender
2. Then add 2 teaspoons of honey (or to taste) 3. Next add 60gms (one third of a cup) of Vanilla frappé blend 4. Now add 1 fresh Banana 5. Then add 1 heaped cup of ice 6. Now blend for 30 to 45 seconds or until smooth Makes a single 420ml serve, or two servings sized 210ml. |

2. Next add 60gms (one third of a cup) of Vanilla frappé blend 3. Add ½ a cup of mixed fresh berries (blackberry, raspberry, strawberry & blueberry) 4. Then add 1 heaped cup of ice 5. Now blend for 30 to 45 seconds or until smooth Makes a single 420ml serve, or two servings sized 210ml. |

2. Add to this 25mls of Passionfruit and pour into blender 3. Next add 60gms (one third of a cup) of Vanilla frappé blend 4. Now add 1 mango cheek 5. Then add 1 heaped cup of ice 6. Now blend for 30 to 45 seconds or until smooth Makes a single 420ml serve, or two servings sized 210ml. |
